Want to Create a Facebook Profile in your Business Name?
Have you ever tried to create a Facebook profile specifically for your business only to find that’s a no-no? And worse your site with all your videos, photos and friend connections have disappeared!
It’s because Facebook has strict rules about creating a profile in your business name. But you can work around it in two ways: Create a “group” for your business or create a “page.” I like “pages” better than “groups” because the former allows our blog to feed into the page whereas the latter doesn’t. With “pages” I don’t have to concern myself about keeping my page fresh everyday when I have a zillion other things to do.
With “pages,” people become fans of your page rather than “friends” as they do on your profile.You can create a “page” from the page manager tab on the “applications” menu.
